Please read the following waiver of liability carefully before attending the Baila Punta Experience. By participating in the class, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below:

I, the participant, understand and acknowledge that participating in the Baila Punta Experience involves physical exertion and may carry inherent risks of injury or harm. I voluntarily assume all risks and responsibilities associated with my participation, including but not limited to muscle strains, falls, collisions, or any other injuries that may occur during or as a result of the class.

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the organizers, instructors, venue, and any associated individuals from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or actions arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Baila Punta Experience. This includes but is not limited to, any claims for personal injury, property damage, or loss that may arise from the negligence, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct of any party involved.

I affirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation in the Baila Punta Experience. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional prior to engaging in any physical activity if I have any concerns or uncertainties about my health or ability to participate.

I grant the organizers and their authorized representatives the right to take photographs, videos, or other forms of media during the class for marketing purposes only. I understand that my image may be used in promotional materials, social media, or other platforms without further consent or compensation.

By attending the Baila Punta Experience, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver of liability. I hereby affirm that I am participating in the class willingly and at my own risk.
