The Global Initiative is powered by FIRE (Free Inspiration Reaching Everyone) has attracted participants from various parts of Ghana and Nigeria. The conference focuses on 5 key components of Technology, Business, Art, STEM and Education.

•  Day 1 will comprise of career fair and networking opportunities with foreign and domestic companies.  We will be highlight five key components of tech, business, art, stem and education/community development.
• Day 2 we will be provide access to information, resources, trainings, recruitment and networking opportunities with some of the top members, speakers, and partners of companies in Ghana and USA. We will be highlight five key components of tech, business, art, entrepreneurship and education/community development.
• Day 3 will be competition day where we ask that all participants include an idea pitch based on these components in which funding resources will help jumpstart their plan in achieving their goals and dreams. We will have several winners with the top place winner to receive a cash price.

Last year the winning team reached $1000 USD and a Laptop! Also in the audience we have invested investors looking for mutual benefit opportunities to partake in like last year as well.
