Description:
Can women of color truly be their authentic selves in the workplace? Join us for the Is It Me? Conference on October 13 in Atlanta to find out!
We are thrilled to announce this year’s Is It Me? Conference, taking place on October 13th at the historic ZuCot Art Gallery in downtown Atlanta. This year’s event will feature an incredible keynote speaker: Janet M. Stovall, a trailblazing leader in the DEI space, who will guide us through an in-depth discussion on workplace authenticity and the unique challenges women of color face in professional settings.
Janet Stovall’s career speaks for itself—she is a TED Talk sensation, whose compelling presentations have garnered millions of views, inspiring people worldwide to confront and dismantle systemic racism and bias in the workplace. As the head of DEI at The NeuroLeadership Institute, she has transformed corporate DEI strategies and has been a key voice in shaping what inclusivity looks like in today’s world. Janet’s expertise, thought leadership, and powerful storytelling will help us explore how women of color can reclaim their authenticity in predominantly white or male-dominated workplaces.
We couldn't imagine a better venue than ZuCot Art Gallery, one of the largest African American art galleries in the Southeast. ZuCot has hosted a variety of impactful events, including art exhibitions that highlight African American culture, community dialogues, and corporate networking events that center on diversity, inclusion, and empowerment. Its walls, adorned with works that tell rich stories of identity and culture, will provide the perfect backdrop for an evening of conversation and connection.
This event will be a safe space for women of color to reflect, share experiences, and walk away with actionable strategies for navigating the workplace with confidence and authenticity.
Don't miss this transformative experience! Register now and join us at ZuCot Art Gallery for an evening of cocktails, music, food, networking, inspiration, and empowerment!
