This is the OFFICIAL HOUSTON CARNIVAL celebrating culture, arts, and diversity!

Sunday, July 2nd, 2023!

PARADE: The parade is FREE, FREE, FREE!

Starts at 3 pm, Location - South Gessner @ West Bellfort Ave. heading west to the festival grounds. The parade will display extravagant colors, costumes, beautiful masqueraders, stilt walkers, steel drums, floats and more!

FESTIVAL: Gates open at 2 pm at the GSH EVENT CENTER! Kids under 12 are FREE! Lots of Caribbean food, music, kid zone and much more! Attendees can bring lawn chairs, umbrellas, blankets, tents etc. No outside food, drinks or coolers allowed. No pets - No Exceptions!

Carnival Aftershock - BRUNCH & DAY PARTY

Come out and celebrate on the Monday after Carnival Sunday to keep the festive vibes going! It will be lit! Top DJs and the complete Carnival Aftershock experience from 4pm to 10 pm. The best brunch in town from 4 pm to 6pm - Food and Drink Inclusive ! You don't want to miss this!
