Join us for an hour of Waist whining as we "wuk up" and work up a sweat while incorporating basic elements of fitness. With carnival right around the corner, whether you're going or wish you were, and our instructor have the vibes up and Whine and go down.

All dance levels are welcome, so come unleash, get active and enjoy the carnival like vibes while feteing, pelting, and sweating!
