Description:
Save the Date for our Community Conversation on Tuesday, January 28 from 6-8pm, centering our latest exhibit, “The Daily Hustle: Work, Joy, and Community in Black Baltimore”.
The show features the works of the late photojournalist, I. Henry Phillips, Sr., and depicts scenes of Black business, entrepreneurship, industry, and collective organizing in the 1950s. Join us for an immersive discussion with scholars, business advocates, and artists as we explore the intricacies of our past.
The program is co-sponsored by the Black Baltimore Digital Database, Baltimore Museum of Industry, and Black Ass Flea Market. Light refreshments will be provided.
