Start Time: 12PM

Parade followed by indoor celebration at Central Gwinnett High School

Staging Area: Parking lot infront of the Gwinnett Justice Administration Center

Parking areas include GJAC Parking Deck, One Justice Square, First United Methodist Church, DFCS, Lawrenceville Lawn, City Hall, and Central Gwinnett HS

Route: GJAC  --> Constitution Blvd --> S. Perry Street --> Nash Street --> Gwinnett Drive --> Central Gwinnett HS (Bus Lane) 

Vendor Category Descriptions

Art Gallery – Includes prints, framed art, and lithographs.

Arts/Crafts – Handmade jewelry, figurines, plaques, paper mache, ceramics, magnets, dolls, tote bags.

Books – Books that promote people, spirituality, motivation, how-to cook books.

Clothing – Includes dresses, African attire, skirts, scarves, pants, blouses and shirts.

Hair Care/Cosmetics – Shampoos, conditioners, hair oils, nail products, skin care products, body oils, lotions, cosmetics.

Hats, Handbags and Shoes – Includes handbags made from cloth, beads, canvas, leather; hats made from cloth, felt, straw; shoes made from cloth, canvas, leather.

Home Décor – Quilts, pillows, doilies coasters, napkins, table linens, place mats, bible covers, pot hold-ers/mitts, candles, and candle holders.

Jewelry – Fine and costume jewelry, earrings, necklaces, rings, and bracelets.

Insurance/Investment – Information, applications, fact sheets, and pamphlets on insurance and in-vestments.

Sports Wear – T-shirts, sweat suits, exercise wear, and caps.

Computer Software – Computer software, software help books, and instructional materials.

Food/Edible Items — Cupcakes, pies, popcorn, homemade candy, cooked/uncooked items, etc

Food Vendor Insurance Information:

Attach Insurance Certificate Here (Snack/Food or Activity Vendor).  Ride/Snack/Food Vendor liability: General liability no less than $1 Million per occurrence. Name Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, Ga 30046-6900 and United Ebony Society as additional insureds.

Vendor Release Form Information:

All vendors must sign a release form in order to vend at the event. This form will be emailed to you. You agree to indemnify and to hold harmless United Ebony Society of Gwinnett County, Inc. from and against any actions, losses, costs, damages, claims, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from purchase of any items sold or damaged to property or bodily injury to vendor, his or her agents, representatives, and/or employees by reason of the vendor’s occupancy or use of the exhibition facilities.

Festival Rules and Regulations:

United Ebony Society will provide each vendor with a table and 2 chairs. Each vendor must keep within the assigned space unless additional space has been purchased.

Arts and crafts vendors: Submit a total of 5 photos. One photo must represent your work as it is displayed; one must represent a workshop photo of the artist creating their work; the other 3 should represent your items as an accurate representation of your booth and setup. 

Food vendors: Submit a total of 3 photos. These photos must show an accurate representation of your booth and setup. 

Non-profit organization must submit non-profit documentation with the application. If proper documentation is not provided, a non-profit rate will not be available. Documentation required annually. No exceptions. This also applies to political organizations. 

Booths must be neat in appearance and not distract from neighboring displays. Each vendor is responsible for the removal of their own trash. Vendors are required to handle their own sales tax. Booths must be manned at all times and exhibit their work for the entire festival day. Vendors may not remove their work until the end of the festival day at 9pm. 

All vendors must sign a release form in order to vend at the event. If your application is not accepted your payment will be refunded.
