Celebration
Woodbury for Justice and Equality is hosting our fourth annual Juneteenth celebration on Saturday, June 22, 2024 at Ojibway Park in Woodbury, MN. Come join us in Honoring the Resilience of our Black, Brown, and Indigenous neighbors as we commemorate the end of slavery in the US.
Featuring live performance from Afrocontigbo-Afro dance and live performance from Irreducable Grace Foundation- Drumming and Poetry
Our Event
Like last year, W4J&E will be sponsoring this event including a DJ, live performers, free food, and lots of community connections. Our grill masters are returning with their famous BBQ chicken too. All are welcome to this family friendly event and come hungry!
Table Hosts
If your organization or business would like to host a table at our event, please email us. There is NO fee to host but you will need to bring a table (and tent if you'd like shade). We appreciate donations of water, snacks, or paperware to suppliment our sponsored lunch of your organization would like to further support us.
