Vendor Guidelines

1. Please be on time for setup. All vendors wil be able to start setting up at 4p . You must be setup by 5pm sharp. If not setup by this time, you will not be allowed to setup and will forfeit vendor fee. 

2. Will only allow 8ft of presentation space. Only one white table due to spacing.

3. Each vendor is allowed one assistant any other person after needs to purchase a ticket for entry.

4. No vendor should be on premises before 3:30p

5. You are responsible for providing your own table, chairs, and lighting. The event will be dim in lighting for effect.

6. Check in with vendor management for spot placement. Do not pick your own spot. Spots are assigned by vendor management. After 4:45 no spot placements will be given. Again please be on time.

7. Please unload all equipment out of your vehicle and park them prior to to completing your setup.

8. NO WEAPONS ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

9. All vendor payments will be made at the time of signing up. Spots are not confirmed until payment is made. Once all slots have been filled no more slots can be requested.

10. All trash must be removed from your spot and placed in trash bins provided before leaving building.

11. If not able to make the event please advise at least 2 weeks before to receive partial refund for vendor fee.
